Highly recommend the team.

The rush in his clinic speaks for itself!!!!

However, I still believe my original concern is valid. I arrived 30 minutes late, but the doctor was already running behind schedule and patients with earlier appointments were still waiting. I wasn't asking to be seen immediately—I simply wanted to wait my turn. Instead, I was repeatedly told my appointment had been cancelled, with the only alternative being a Rs. 12,000 executive appointment.
My concern isn't about receiving an apology after the fact. It's about how the situation was handled in the first place. I hope the clinic reviews its policies so that patients in similar situations are given the option to wait rather than simply being turned away. Dr. Azim is an excellent dermatologist, but I believe the patient experience and communication at the clinic need significant improvement.
